The match will take place on Saturday, March 10th in Hampton, Virginia at Hampton High School!

VCW Heavyweight Champion “Bad Ass” Billy Gunn was a guest on Loulies Lounge, sponsored by The Funny Bone Comedy Club and Restaurant. Host Tim Loulies attempted to ask the champion about his future plans in VCW when he was interrupted by former champion Brandon Scott, and his tag-team partner Kevin Thorn. Scott and Thorn seemed as if they had planned to catch Gunn off guard before their tag-team match, but when Benjamin Banks hit the ring, that plan changed and they backed down. Later in the night, Billy Gunn and Benjamin Banks were victorious over Brandon Scott and Kevin Thorn when Gunn pinned Thorn.
“Bad Ass” Billy Gunn is the new VCW Heavyweight Champion! He won the title in an epic title bout on October 7th in Norfolk, VA, thus ending the 672-day reign of Brandon Scott. Jerry Stephanitsis had been sent to the locker room during the match by referee Ron Mils, only to return wearing a referee shirt after Mils took a nasty spill. His plan backfired though, as Benjamin Banks chose not to listen to Jerry’s demands to help Brandon Scott, and instead powerslammed Jerry to finally eliminate him once and for all from his ringside distractions. This allowed Billy Gunn to catch his breath long enough to defeat Brandon Scott with his patented “fameasser”.
